Shmuel’s Gaza Envelope Lettuce

My farm is situated in Moshav Shuva, where I’ve been cultivating vegetables with special techniques to combat insects, primarily focusing on lettuce and cabbage, for over 15 years. These fields are located in Otef, approximately 5 km from the Gaza border. However, with the outbreak of war, all our workers fled, leaving us without any manpower for an extended period. This situation led to significant damage, delays in the vegetable growing cycle, and the loss of many goods.

My impact loan status:

Micro lending, Macro Impact

To this day, our operations heavily rely on volunteer manpower, which has been incredibly supportive. However, this assistance lacks the continuity and stability necessary for sustained operations. Therefore, obtaining a loan would greatly assist in improving the flow of our business during this complex period.
