Rony’s Studio Apartments

My company specializes in renting 10 studio apartments to both tourists and locals for short durations utilizing platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Facebook Market, and WhatsApp for advertising to attract customers. Unfortunately, the war in Israel has led to a significant impact on my business, as about 80% of my clients are typically tourists from outside Israel. I need help to pay the expenses while business is slow.

My impact loan status:

Micro lending, Macro Impact

Since the start of the war here in Israel, the entire airport has been closed. Consequently, this means that all tourists cannot come and book at our place. As I work with 80% of tourists from outside Israel, managing around 10 studio apartments rented out monthly for approximately NIS 4000 each, it poses a significant cost to cover every month.
