Oryosss Southern Coffee Shop

I am the founder and manager of Oryosss, a cafe chain with two locations in the Gaza Envelope. Since the start of the war, I have experienced significant physical, economic, and moral challenges due to my service in the reserves. A loan would greatly aid in rebuilding my business.

My impact loan status:

$26,457 / $26,457

Micro lending, Macro Impact

The 2 businesses that are in the Gaza Envelope have been closed since 7/10. A loan will help me to replace raw materials that had to be discarded, and will help me keep my head above water while I continue to pay the team of staff who all live in the Gaza Envelope.

My business - My spark

Oryoss is a chain of cafes in the Gaza Envelope, in Kibbutz Erez 300 meters from Gaza and in the city of Sderot. I established this business to fulfill my dream of helping to develop the Gaza Strip by making quality cuisine available to its residents.

A few more words

I am 34 years old and a single mother of 2 daughters living in Kibbutz Erez. I served for 13 years in the Israeli army as a major. When I was released I established the cafe in Kibbutz Erez right on the border. The cafe was successful against all odds in light of the location. Reaching the finals of the Israeli reality show “The Perfect Dessert” made my business flourish. People come from all over the country and the world especially to pay a visit!

Israel is at war

Small Israeli businesses need your support now more than ever. SparkIL has expanded the eligibility for recieving a loan to any business that has been affected by the war
