Hapassage Burger In Sderot

“The Passage Hamburger ” is the restaurant I opened in the city of Sderot. We take pride in crafting our own hamburgers, following a recipe that has been a part of our establishment since its inception. Unfortunately, since October 7 – I have been on reserve duty. I had to close the business temporarily. My primary goal is to ensure the survival of the business during this challenging period so that we can reopen and thrive once again.

My impact loan status:

Micro lending, Macro Impact

The business has been closed since the beginning of the war ,during this time, I continue to pay the expenses of the business, including rental, salaries, etc. I need to ensure the business survives until we can open again. The loan will help me until I can re-open again soon.

My business - My spark

The Passage is my hamburger restaurant located in Sderot. Our signature hamburgers are crafted in-house using a recipe that has been a cherished part of our establishment since its inception. As the business has evolved, so has the complex, undergoing renovations to enhance the overall experience. Personally, I find myself taking on various roles within the business, adapting to its growth and ensuring a dynamic presence in different aspects of its operations.

A few more words

I’m Moti, 35, and I’ve been living in Sderot for 12 years. I came here after studying marketing. Following school and a brief trip, I made the decision to open a business in Sderot because I genuinely enjoyed the area and its people. I have an 11 year old dog who my parents are looking after and hosting during the war.
