I come from a farming background, inheriting valuable knowledge of gardening practices from my late father. For the past five years, I’ve worked as a gardening contractor, primarily focusing on public gardening projects and occasionally handling maintenance and creation of gardens in the private sector.
I personally oversee the maintenance of two settlements near Ashdod, dedicating five days a week to the task with the help of one employee. Unfortunately, the trauma of the war affected my employee’s performance significantly, impacting the management and quality of maintenance, as well as my reputation as a gardener. To address these issues, I had to hire additional employees and subcontractors, investing a considerable amount of money to restore operations to their previous standard.

Maintenance includes tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning bushes and trees, spraying grass, cutting grass with a scythe, fertilizing, and managing irrigation systems. Additionally, we occasionally undertake construction projects in public spaces.
In the private sector, I provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to the client’s preferences in living gardening and natural design, excluding the installation of synthetic grass. Equipped with a variety of tools, predominantly from Steel company, including both motorized and electric tools, as well as a large lawn mower. I also maintain two warehouses in my settlements where all my equipment is stored.

My journey led me to serve in Orev Golani .I then dedicated six years to studying at the Meir Institute yeshiva, during which I entered into marriage. Concurrently, I pursued studies in special education at Jerusalem College, where I am still working towards completing my degree. Alongside, I also pursued a certification in Type 1 gardening at the Jerusalem Botanical Garden.
