Making Pilates affordable

After four years in the field of fitness training and rehabilitation, I was presented with the opportunity to become a partner in a women-only Pilates studio in Rishon Lezion. The business is scheduled to open on 15 November, and I had planned to hire a team to help me, but due to the war I am short on manpower.

Micro lending, Macro Impact

Despite the professional passion, some challenges come with running an independent business in general, and one that is still under development in particular. The costs associated with licensing, taxation, renovations, personnel, equipment, and advertising have been numerous and continue to surprise us. A loan would be immensely helpful in addressing these challenges.

My business - My spark

My journey began as a trainer at a gym, and over time, I ventured into the realms of studio and rehabilitation training at the Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Shaare Zedek Medical Center. After four years in the field, I was presented with the opportunity to become a partner in a Pilates equipment studio in Rishon Lezion. It felt like a dream come true, as I had always aspired to open my own place. I cherish the interpersonal connections formed between my trainees and me, which are unlike any other in the workforce and carry a unique value, particularly in the fitness field.

A few more words

I am 29, married to Dvir, and currently live in Herzliya. I studied fitness at Wingate Institute, and I have been in the field for over 4 years. In addition, I used to teach in Wingate’s ultra-Orthodox branch in Jerusalem, my work always combines meetings with diverse populations in Israeli society, and I love it so much.

The business is supposed to open on 11/15, I planned to hire a team to be with me, but right now because of the war I am short on manpower.
