I started my journey as a gym trainer and gradually expanded into the worlds of studio training and rehabilitation training in the Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Shaare Zedek Medical Center. After four years in the field, I received an offer to become a partner in a Pilates studio in Rishon Lezion. I felt like I had been given a gift from heaven, as I had always wanted to open my own place. I love the interpersonal relationship that is forged between me and the trainees. I believe it has an added value that can only be found in the field of fitness. I am excited to expand my impact and capabilities in this field. Along with my professional passion, there are the challenges of running an independent business, especially one that is under construction.
