In 2002, I founded Menat Madbar Farm, an individual agricultural tourist farm located in the south of the country, near Sde Boker.
Unfortunately, with the outbreak of the war, all bookings for the months of October and November were canceled, leaving us without a livelihood and struggling to meet payments. We need help to survive this challenging period and to revitalize and sustain our business.

In 2002, we founded Menat Madbar Farm, a unique agricultural tourist destination situated in the southern part of the country near Sde Boker. Our farm proudly features two family guesthouses and a lodging house designed to host groups.Over the past 21 years, we've been cultivating saffron crocuses originally brought from Morocco. Additionally, our farm boasts orchards of fruit trees and a vineyard dedicated to wine production.

My name is Lilac Bar Meshulam and Minat Desert Farm has been my and my family's home for 21 years. Even as a little girl growing up in the city of Sderot, I always dreamed of starting a farm and making the desert bloom.
