Since 2018, I have operated an extracurricular sports clinic for children in Sderot and the surrounding areas, with an emphasis on basketball. With the outbreak of the war, Sderot was evacuated. The training spaces were left deserted, and my equipment was damaged. I need a loan to get the business up and running again and expand it to allow the children a space of enjoyment, empowerment, and stress relief, which they need so much.
Micro lending, Macro Impact
With the outbreak of the war, Sderot residents had to leave. The training spaces were left deserted or occupied by various emergency forces, resulting in most of my equipment being damaged, destroyed, or stolen. To rebuild the business, buying new equipment and investing in marketing and advertising is necessary. Many families have not returned to the area, and those who have returned are hesitant to register their children for activities.
My business - My spark
Since 2018, I have operated an extracurricular sports clinic for children in Sderot and the surrounding areas, with an emphasis on basketball. Seeing the children's love for training and their enthusiasm for me brings tremendous satisfaction. Sometimes, they arrive half an hour early just to start training. It excites me to be part of their journey towards achieving their goals, whether it's losing weight, developing self-confidence, or more.
