I have been in the field for 10 years. 10 years full of love for children with lots of warmth and love. I was employed in early childhood education settings until I decided that I was ready to lead and start a business myself. I fell the trust parents have in me with their babies and toddlers knowing they are in good hands. This obliges me to provide them the best and most pleasant environment. Therefore, I have to take care of the physical space and renovations, and not just the care itself. In order to be a business owner, and not just a caregiver, additional skills are required – for example, the field of financial management, and the required physical changes.
